G-Sight strives to provide our customers with the highest quality, most precise lasers possible. We understand the importance of quality and you deserve the most accurate laser products that you can rely on. Your satisfaction is important to us and we stand behind the products. If you are not satisfied with your G-Sight product, you may return the product in accordance with G-Sight warranty policy.
BEFORE returning any products please contact us first to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and prominently write it on the outside of the package. Packages will not be accepted without an RMA. Include a note containing your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return (including, if applicable, information about the firearm, ammo, and usage environment for defective returns). Please include a copy of the receipt if possible as well. Wrap the item with quality padding and place in an appropriate box for shipping. We recommend insuring your shipment and obtaining tracking information in case the package is lost in transit. Packages must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages. All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase or, if the product was purchased elsewhere, store credit will be issued. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

G-Sight™ warrants that this product shall be free from material defects and defects in workmanship for the earlier occurrence of: A period of one (1) year from the date of the purchaser’s receipt of the product, or; 1000 laser “shots”. Notice of any warranty claim must be received by G-Sight™, in writing, prior to the expiration of the warranty period.

G-Sight™ warrants that this product shall be free from material defects and defects in workmanship for the earlier occurrence of: A period of five (5) years from the date of the purchaser’s receipt of the product. Notice of any warranty claim must be received by G-Sight™, in writing, prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
G-Sight™’s warranty is limited solely to the above and applies only for the period set forth. G-Sight™ will not be liable for any loss, damage, direct, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract, negligence, or strict liability, or arising in connection with the sale or use of the product by the user or any third party. G-Sight™’s warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated, or removed. G-Sight™ will, at its sole option, either repair or replace any part of the product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. In all events, G-sight™’s maximum liability to the purchaser is related to any warranty claim or defect with respect to the product shall not exceed the contract price for the specific product claimed to be defective or unsuitable, or alleged to have been the cause of any damage to the purchaser or any third party. The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, oral, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The provisions of this section shall be applicable to both implied warranties (if any) and expressed warranties.
